1. Is there any progress on getting the content verified?
2. The bulk of the content is on Armenian Wikipedia (hywiki). But there is a small amount of content on Incubator (Wp/hyw), too.

That's great to hear. I'll ask about it again when the creation of the wiki
comes nearer (i.e. when the bug is filed or so).

For the verification I need example content. So, is wp/hyw representative
of the whole of the articles or should I also include links to pages on
hywiki (if so, which category)?

You definitely need to examine pages from hywiki. That constitutes most of the content for the future wiki; there are only a few pages on Incubator, and they were written later.

How that's organized, I don't know. Go to its RFL page on Meta and ask, I guess.
